Manufacturing LEASED July 18, 2008 Represented Suffolk Advisors in the lease of 91,550 square feet of manufacturing space at 20 Computer Drive to Southwick Clothing who was recently purchased by Retail Brand Alliance who owns Brooks Brothers, a high-end apparel company. Southwick and Brooks Brothers have been doing business for nearly 60 years. They will be relocating from Lawrence to the state-of-the-art facility in Haverhill.
