13 Centennial Drive Sells for $12,900,000 - written by Klemmer Associates
Peabody, Massachusetts

Klemmer Associates, LLC, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced the sale of 13 Centennial Drive in Peabody, Mass to Columbia Massachusetts Centennial Industrial LLC for $12,900,000. The 134,164 square foot office/warehouse building is fully occupied with a seven-year lease to ADP Investor Communications Services, Inc.

The property was owned by RFP Juniper who bought the building vacant in May 2006 from the Stride Rite Company. ADP leased the entire building in October 2006 and the owners then decided to market the property for sale in May of 2007.  
 
Said Chub Whitten of RFP Juniper, “We saw the strength of the investment market and felt the time was right to sell based on the high quality tenant, ADP, the institutional quality of the asset and the term remaining on the lease. We were very pleased with the offers and felt that Columbia showed the best opportunity to close in a timely fashion.”
