Klemmer Associates, LLC, announced today it has brokered a lease totaling 28,770 square feet on behalf of Ophthalmic Research Associates (ORA), a clinical research and development company specializing in the field of ophthalmology.  ORA will be leasing the space at the historic mill complex, Brickstone Square in Andover for their new Headquarters and clinical R&D. Greg Klemmer and Ted Geary with Klemmer Associates represented ORA. Matt Daniels with Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Transwestern.
