Klemmer Associates, LLC, represented Osram Sylvania in the sale of 10 acres of land in Danvers Massachusetts to Brightview Danvers, LLC, Inc. for $3.7 million.  Brightview will be constructing 160 unit senior living facility. The 10 acre parcel was originally part of Osram’s headquarter site, which totaled 315,000 square feet and 59 acres.  Osram sold the site, less the 10 acre piece, on a sale leaseback to Nordic Properties in 2004.  Nordic then sold the property to Partners Health Care who will be constructing a 208,000 square foot medical facility.  Philip Nievergelt represented Brightsview in the purchase of Osram’s remaining 10 acres.
