Klemmer Associates, LLC, represented Juniper Advisory Services on 2 significant redevelopment projects at 9 and 49 Vose Farm Road, Peterborough, NH.   Combined the former Brookstone and NEBS buildings total 272,500 square feet, comprised mostly of industrial space with some office.   Recent leasing activity accounts for approximately 75,000 square feet of space in the buildings.  New tenants include two internationally based companies, Dahle NA (35,395 SF) and Armored Textiles (14,470 SF).  Florida based Product Quest (14,320 SF) and local company, W.G Ellerkamp (10,395 SF) are the other long term tenants.   There are also short term tenants in another 57,000 square feet.  Klemmer Associates is pursing several other lease proposals and there is still plenty of office, manufacturing, and high bay warehouse space available for 10,000 SF or above requirements.
