The building will be occupied by EBSCO Publishing the world’s premier database aggregator. EBSCO has grown to more than 750 local employees since moving to Ipswich in 1996 and currently has more than 1,000 total employees located around the globe. Finding additional space within Ipswich has been a priority for the company as it plans for the future.

Two Washington Street will provide EBSCO with more than 19,000 square feet of office space and about 90,000 square feet of land. The company sees the property as potential site for a new, larger building, should the company’s growth require it.
