This long-term lease, signed at the end of the fourth quarter 2009, marks the largest single-story new lease signed in eastern Massachusetts during the year. PetEdge, a family-owned, leading wholesaler of pet supply products will occupy approximately 35% of the building at Billerica Commerce Center. This location will serve as their primary distribution center along with a pet supply retail outlet.
